Tricotain Delivery & Returns
Our aim is to give you the best customer service we can. Your order will be despatched the next working day after payment has been received via the postage method selected, and you will receive update notifications via email that your order has been despatched. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please do get in touch with us.
Postage and Packaging
Carriage is via first class parcel using Royal Mail. This usually takes between 2-3 days to arrive but is not trackable or guaranteed. You can upgrade to a next business day service which will arrive no later than 2 days from receipt of payment.
All orders are despatched on the next working day after payment has been received.
If the order is returned to us for any reason (such as a return to sender due to failed delivery), the customer is responsible for re-attempted delivery costs.
Please note – All of our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and once they have been dispatched are subject to Royal Mail services. Services may be disrupted due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as postal strikes or bank holidays.
We reserve the right to substitute delivery services to an equivalent or better service as required, please note that on occasion the delivery services remove their delivery timescale guarantee (for example at Christmas and other busy periods or in the case of government restrictions), in these circumstances we will make our best endeavours to send via an available service, but delivery may be delayed outside of our control.
You may cancel or change your subscription orders via our website, phone or email.
Please note, we are unable to cancel orders after 8am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. Cancellation of orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 8am the day order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer to return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Returns can only be accepted on new and unused products.
It is your responsibility to return items. We suggest you use a tracked service.
We are able to accept returns if we have processed your order in error – or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before 8am on your upcoming order date).
